Project and data organization within the CRC135

Info

This site is under construction and a comprehensive user guide for TONIC and BIDS is currently developed. For any questions on this in the meantime, please reach out to our Data Steward.

One main goal of NOWA is to enable CRC-wide reuse of data and code. For this a unifying project and data organization is key. To ensure international compatability, researchers in the CRC135 should use the BIDS standard for data structure. For overall project management, the TONIC structure should be applied.

Please read about both on their respective websites linked above to get an overview. After this, you can fork the template from this repository and start your research project journey. Here again, please read the READMEs carefully before taking any action as they give instructions on what to put in a folder and what not.
