On ReproNim researchers are offered with a computational environment and infrastructure to practice Open Science in neuroimaging research. The ReproNim community also aims to develop new tools while ensuring interoperability with existing standards and tools like BIDS and DataLad. For example, the Neuroimaging Data Model (NDIM) links in- and output of different stages in the research process to provide a comprehensive description of your research process. With the tool NeuroBLAST, you are able to find studies that are similar to your research and find new collaborators more easily.

What is more, ReproNim not only offers the tools for practicing Open Science but the team also designed a curriculum with different modules to ensure that researchers have the skills to practice Open Science. The modules include:

  • ReproNim Introduction: why reproducibility is important
  • Reproducibility Basics: “Reproducibility by Design”
  • FAIR Data: FAIR principles
  • Data Processing: how to conduct reproducible data analysis
  • Statistics: key statistical concepts and how to use them for reproducible research
  • Make your own: provides a template to do everything mentioned in the previous modules
