Brainhack school

A school for learning cool neuroscience tools.

Every year, researchers in Montreal organize Brainhack school for neuroscience students. In 2020, they held the school online due to the pandemics. This was of course sad for them but it also has a bright side: They recorded every session of the Brainhack school and made it available for everyone! The 20 training modules involve a lot of hands-on parts and also exercises to complete on your own after the training part. Modules include topics such as

• Introduction to Python
• Data visualization with Python
• High performance computing
• Git/GitHub
• Machine learning basics
• Deep learning in neuroimaging

etc…
